But sometimes as faithful Christians we might not see how all things are working for good for us! We might even wonder if they are!

Job was a righteous man (Job 1:1,8; 2:3) and he had great trouble understanding how God was working in his life.

God answered Job in a way that Job probably wasn’t expecting, but in a way that was exceedingly wise
(cf. Ps. 147:5)

The only hope for us all … Amos 9:11,12 is quoted in Acts 15!
– We are now living in the glorious future age prophesied by Amos!
– Will we take advantage of it? Will we listen and obey?
– Don’t be like Israel in the time of Amos!
